We realised we can sometimes install faster than other ISPs can fix issues.

Install time is very important for anyone signing up with a new ISP or needing connectivity quickly. Nothing is better than proof, so we decided to show our average sign-up-to-install time and the number of installations we complete each month. The data includes installations done for the entire Jenny group across all six countries.

How we measure sign up to installation time

The time starts when you sign up and ends when your installation is completed. It excludes any time we are waiting for you. This means if you sign up, immediately pay the setup fee, and all your details are correct, no time will be deducted.

The following time periods will be deducted from the timeline as its out of our control:

• Waiting time for setup fee.
• Landlord approvals
• Waiting for install information e.g CPS coordinates.

Example: If you take 12 hours to pay the setup fee, then 12 hours will be deducted from the sign-up to installation value for your connection.
